Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges
- 100% of the advance will be Refunded if cancelled 15 Days prior to the date.
- 75 % Refund,if cancelled 15 > 7 days in Check In.
- 50 % Refund,if cancelled 7 > 5 days in Check In.
- 25 % Refund,if cancelled 5 > 3 days in Check In.
- 0 % Refund,if cancelled 3 > 0 days in Check In.
- Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
For Groups/Corporate/ for Special Celebration Dates / Peak season Dates (Weekends,Holidays)

Policy and Conditions
- Required minimum 30-50% advance for your confirmation, Balance amount should be paid at the time of CheckIn.
- Corporates/Groups should be paid full amount atleast 1 day prior to the check In date
- If you are postponing your booking, it will be considered as cancellation under cancellation policy.
- To maintain the efficiency of our services and accommodate all our guests, we have a policy regarding late arrivals for the day cruise. If you are delayed by more than 2 hours beyond the scheduled departure time, it will be considered as a cancellation. To prevent cancellation guest can pay 100% amount during that time.
- If the customer is unable to reach at the date/time of your booking in the Boarding place, whatever the reason maybe, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances and you cannot claim your amount on this issue.
- If the Boat owner is not able to provide the houseboat on the scheduled date/time of your booking, the company assure you that you will be provided another boat of same class/category at the same time.
- If the Boat owners are not able to provide you with another one due to any technical issue or because of any natural calamities or strikes etc., 50% of the amount will be refunded, which you paid at the time of booking, for Houseboats and 90% for motor and Shikkara boats.
- In case your a/c is not working in any rooms, an amount of Rs.1000/- will be refunded by the boat owners during the check out time.
- In the event of power outages or voltage variations, the air conditioning system on the houseboat may experience dripping. This is a normal response to fluctuations in power supply, crew is equipped to switch the power source to the generator (DG) within 15-30 minutes of such occurrences
- In case your booked boat has any technical failure ,then we will allocate same quality alternate boat ontime, but downgrade if happened then based on that category, charge will be applicable. But Upper deck and Non upperdeck boat will not consider as downgrade, so no refund allowed.
- If any kind of mistake from company/Company executive, so the situation if Unable to resolve by Company, then full refund will do at the time of Check In.
- To preserve the pristine quality of the interiors and ensure a clean and pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you remove your footwear, specifically cheppals, upon entering the houseboat. This simple step helps prevent dirt, sand, and other debris from being tracked indoors, thus contributing to a more enjoyable experience for all.
- Regarding sleeping arrangements on the houseboat. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that all guests use the designated bedrooms for sleeping purposes. Sleeping in common areas or any space outside the bedrooms is not permitted..
- Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
- It may take a minimum of 2-7 working days to get refunds for the bookings made through cheque/debit/credit cards via cheque only.
- It may take a minimum of 2-14 working days to get credit/debit cards refund by online.
- The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
- Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
